The Snooze

A great option if you'd like a thorough write up of my advice, sleep coaching method and ongoing support as you implement any changes

  • 1 hour call to troubleshoot sleep
  • Written call summary and personalised sleep plan following call

  • 15 minute ‘wrap up’ call at end of 14 days

Offers an extra level of support with me in your home on your first night of sleep coaching to guide you

  • 3 hour bedtime visit to implement sleep coaching
  • 14 day WhatsApp follow up support
  • 15 minute 'wrap up' call at end of 14 days
